On these pages you will find some of the furniture projects that have come from the workshops of StrathamWood as well as selected projects.
Text Box: This table is a reproduction of a two drawer table from the federal period and is styled after a table that would have made in the Portsmouth NH area. Text Box: Constructed of solid maple with walnut inlay this rocking horse is a classic design and the one shown in the photo was built for my daughter in 1987. It received several awards during the On My Own Time Exhibition.

In addition to furniture and smaller woodworking projects, handcrafted tools like this Infill Shoulder Plane also make their way from the workshop.
Text Box: A very special project celebrating the reunification of four siblings after more forty years of separation. Four identical boxes were fashioned from wood from the same tree, symbolizing the family tree.

Credit for the original design goes to Peter Zuerner and an article in Fine Woodworking magazine (February 2003).  The design was modified to suit the client, in this case, my daughter!
