New Hampshire Furniture Masters — 2026 Main Event “The Future is Handmade"

The NH Furniture Masters annual main event is one of the premier exhibitions of fine craft furniture in New England. This year's theme celebrates the enduring power of the handmade object in a world of mass production — a subject close to the heart of every piece that leaves the Stratham Wood studio.

Exhibition History

The Fine Furnishings Show
A premier showcase of fine furniture in the Northeast for over 25 years. Stratham Wood has exhibited at the show since 2013, earning Best-of-Show awards in 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019 — a record that speaks to a consistent standard of excellence across more than a decade of competition.

The League of New Hampshire Craftsmen — Craftsmen's Fair
Held every August at Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury, NH, the Craftsmen's Fair is one of the most respected juried craft exhibitions in the country. Stratham Wood has been honored with a Best-in-Wood award at the fair. Roger's work is also represented in several of the League's galleries throughout New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Furniture Masters
The NH Furniture Masters have set the standard for excellence in studio furniture craftsmanship for over thirty years. Exhibitions are held throughout the region and at the Furniture Masters gallery in Concord, NH. Past main events have taken place at some of New England's most distinguished venues — the Currier Museum of Art, the NH Historical Society, Wentworth by the Sea, and 3S Artspace, among others.

To mark thirty years of excellence in studio furniture craftsmanship, the NH Furniture Masters published a landmark hardcover book — part exhibition catalog for the celebrated show at the Currier Museum of Art, part historical record of the organization's impact on fine craft in New England and beyond.

Roger served on the book committee, helping shape a publication that stands as a lasting tribute to the craft and the community that has defined it for three decades.
